The IDEAS project is divided into 3 parts: training, acceleration and project incubation.
It is being developed and created by business leaders from across the country to help young people who are NEET and/or have intellectual or motor disabilities to develop an action plan in the area of arts and sustainability by creating a successful business, with the aim of having economic stability, autonomy and psychological well-being, with a successful business and being free to be naturally happy.
Step by step, the phases; Inspire, Develop, Execute, Accelerate and Scale teach vital concepts for a successful business.
By participating in this project, these future social entrepreneurs learn how to create a business model, outline a plan for the problem, evaluate the customer, analyze the profitability of their offerings, promote team engagement, leverage key partnerships, optimize the supply chain and much more!
IDEAS is a model that is continuous, experimental and individualized. It provides a new way of learning and growing that is based on collaboration, culture and a supportive and supportive community.
